Method
Sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder together. Whisk Nestlé MILKMAID, butter and vanilla essence together in a bowl. Fold in the sieved ingredients into the milkmaid mixture. - 2
Preheat the oven 150 °C.pour the batter into moulds till 3/4 cup and bake at 150°C for 20 mins.
Cool them and keep aside. - 3
For Frosting
In a bowl of a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment,whip butter until its volume is tripled,keep scraping the bottom and sides. - 4
Now add 1/3 sweet condensed milk while whisking on medium speed.whisk for about 8 seconds. Now repeat the next one third and keep whisking.now add the last part of third condensed milk and mix but don't over mix.decorate the cup cakes as you like.enjoy
