  • 1 piecehalibut
  • About 100 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2red Bell pepper
  • About 100 gr cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbharissa
  • 1 tbtomato puree
  • 1/2 tbcumin
  • Water
  • Couscous
  • 2 tbolive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green herb (basil, parsley,...)

    Panfrie the fish on both sides for about 3 min each in 1 tb of olive oil. Set aside and hold warm.

  2. 2

    In the same pan. Fry tomatoes and pepper for 5 min. Add chickpeas. Season with cumin, harissa and puree.. add some water. Warm trough.
    Season with salt and pepper

    Prepare the couscous according package.

    Serve with the basil on top
