A Winter special Dessert that cannot be missed at all. This lovely Dessert made with fresh Green Peas is a treat for our tastebuds.
Absolutely tempting and divine.
Easy and delicious too. With a few handful of the simplest of the pantry staples, this is an amazing way to enjoy some of the finest of Season's offerings.
A lovely aftermeal Dessert to compliment your perfect mealtimes with your family and loved ones including your buddies.
I didn't add Malai or Mawa to it. But it can definitely be added to suit your needs.
That's it. Nothing much to brief on this.
The awesome Green coloured luscious Halwa doesn't actually need much of any description.
The beautiful looking Green Dessert is enough to make people fall in love with it. The charm is just irresistible.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
Boil Green Peas for about 5 minutes. Set aside. Blend to a smooth paste.
- 2
Heat Ghee to a pan. Add this blended paste to it and cook until the water dries up for about 5-6 minutes at first. Now add Sugar and Cardamom powder to it. Mix and cook on a low to medium high heat until done. Since the Peas have been boiled, it doesn't take much time in getting roasted to perfection. The texture also is absolutely amazing.
- 3
After it starts to leave the sides of the pan, it means that it's done to perfection. Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. Garnish with some more of Nuts and dish it out warm to be served to your family and loved ones. Yum!
- 4
Enjoy it warm or cold. It's equally flavourful and delicious.
