Boil the potatoes in water till they are tender. Once they are done peel and cut them in a bowl.

Next mix together potato buckwheat (kuttu) add a little water it and knead it slightly to make a paste like consistency.

Then heat oil in a khadai on high flame and quickly make patties with the paste and deep fry them.

Serve hot with tea or curd as your choice
