Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbuckwheat (kuttu)
  2. 4potato
  3. 2green chilli
  4. as per taste Rock salt (senda namak)
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. as per taste Water
  7. as required Ghee as fry

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes in water till they are tender. Once they are done peel and cut them in a bowl.

    Next mix together potato buckwheat (kuttu) add a little water it and knead it slightly to make a paste like consistency.

    Then heat oil in a khadai on high flame and quickly make patties with the paste and deep fry them.

    Serve hot with tea or curd as your choice
