Famous Healthy winters special Rajasthani dish. Which is a traditional Recipe from Rajasthan. Its make specially during Winters. Its taste really yummylicious 😋

Clean the millet. Wash in running water. Drain excess water. Dry water with kitchen towel.

Coarsely grind the Millet in mixer jar. Keep aside.

Boiled the milk on simmer. Now mix millet. Stir continuously until remove all lumps.

Cook on simmer until millet gets soft and blended well into the milk. Stir occasionally. Add cardamom powder.

Now make jaggery syrup : On medium flame boiled 2 tbsp water add jaggey. Cook until jaggery dissolve in water. Switch off the flame. Keep aside for cooling.

Check consistency of the kheer. Now add all dry fruits one by one. Cook 1 minute than switch off the flame. Keep aside for cooling.

Sieve the jaggery syrup. Now add jaggery syrup. Mix nicely regularly stirring for 1-2 minutes.
'Millet Jaggery Kheer' is ready to serve. - 8
Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with rose petals and Dryfruits. Enjoy!!
