Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 cup rava
  • 2 cup jaggery
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 5 cup water
  • 6-7 pistachio
  • 5-6 kishmish
  • 4-5 cashew
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder

  1. 1

    In deep saucepan add jaggery and water give it a boil and keep a side
    In Kadahyi add 2 spoon ghee roaste Rava till 5 min.
    add jaggery water little by little give a good mix.
    add dry fruits. mix it and turn off flame.

    Now add Rest of ghee and mix well.
    decorat with Cashewnuts.
