In all-purpose Flour mix melted Dalda and mix with palm very well at least 5-7 min.
add water little by little and make hard dough cover and let it rest for 10 min.. - 2
Now prepare stuffing.. add all dry Ingredients in Mawa n mix properly. take small lemon size ball from dough roll puri stuff Mawa and cover it. press with gentle hand. prepare all Kachori like this.

Heat oil in deep kadhayi deep fry all kachori till golden brown and crisp.
* don't over crowed oil with kachori.. fry max 4 kachori at a time.
