Ingredients

  1. 1 PackGelatin (9grams) unflavored
  2. 1/2 CupCold Water
  3. 6 PiecesEgg yolk
  4. 300 MLCondensed Milk
  5. 370 MLEvaporated Milk
  6. 2 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
  7. 1/2 CupWater
  8. Caramel Sauce
  9. 1 TablespoonCornstarch
  10. 1/2 CupBrown Sugar
  11. 2 TablespoonsWater
  12. Toppings
  13. Any chocolate candy or caramel (depends on your liking)

Cooking Instructions

    In small mixing bowl with ½ Cup cold water dissolve Gelatin. Set aside and let it bloom.

    In sauce pan, put in egg yolk, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Bring the mixture into nearly boiling (do not boil).

    Put on the medium heat, Gradually pour the gelatin mixture while stirring. Whisk continuously until thicken remove from the heat when nearly boiling.

    Strain to remove lumps and pour directly the mixture in the cups then chill atleast 5 hours.

    For the caramel sauce, mix ½ cup water and 1 Tablespoon corn starch. Set aside.

    In sauce pan, put in brown sugar then melt it in medium heat and add 2 Tablespoons water then pour in the dissolved cornstarch. Stir constantly until thickens and let it boil for 2 minutes.

    Pour the caramel sauce into each cup. Put in the Chocolate Caramel Candy (or whatever toppings you like) Allow to cool and chill for 2 hours.

    Serve cold.
