Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 2potatoes boiled
  • 1 tsproasted peanut powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli ginger masala
  • as per taste Salt (sindhav)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • as required Fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana for 1 hr then drain the Water and keep aside for half n hr. Then add mashed potatoes,peanut, green chilli masala,salt sugar, lemon juice, fresh coriander and mix it properly.

  2. 2

    Heat a oil,then fry all vada in oil till golden brown and enjoy with green chutney.
