Saboodana custard

Soak cleaned sagoo at least for 6 hours in water. Then put the soaked sagoo in 200 ml milk and let it be in it, till you cook it.
Place a pan, put the milk and sagoo and start cooking in slow heat till sagoo becomes transparent.
Side by side in a vessel mix custard powder and 100 ml room temperature milk. - 2
As the sagoo is cooked,add sugar into it as per your taste. Give a nice mix. As sugar is dissolved, add the prepared custard mixture.

Give a nice mix, stirring constantly. Your thick saboodana custard is ready!!
Transfer into serving bowl. Let it cool down.
Chop fruits and garnish it. Put kishmish and roughly broken cashewnuts.
While serving mix them all and serve... - 5
