  1. 6 cupsrice
  2. Chirashizushi no moto
  3. 6dried mushrooms
  4. boiled shrimps
  5. 3eggs
  6. Cut eels
  7. Cut Lettuce
  8. Sliced sermon
  9. 3 tablespoonsugar
  10. 3 tablespoonmirin
  11. 3 tablespoonsoy sauce

1hr 30minutes
  1. 1

    Mix rice and chirashizushi no Moto in a plate.

  2. 2

    Soak dried mushrooms in a water over night. Cut soaked mushrooms. Put sugar and mirin and soy sauce in a pan. Add mushrooms in it and simmer it for 15 minutes.

    Mix rice and mushrooms in a plate.

    Break eggs in a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Pour 1/3 eggs in a pan and fry it.
    Slice cooked eggs.

    Add sliced shrimps and cut eels and eggs on a top of rice.

    Put sermon and lettuce on top of rice.
