The in a Steamer Put Little Bit of Water and put the Ramaken Cup and let it cook For 15-20 mins and be sure to cover the Ramaken Cup with a little plate. So that the steam water will not get in Our Beautiful Creme Caramel.

Then take out and Put in The refrigerator Until Cold. The Take it out and loosen it up and put a plate at top and trunk around.
And take out the cup
