Blend chillies until fine

Add onions,green pepper and chives blend until finely chopped and also blend carrots

Pour vinegar into a pot then add carrots cook until the vinegar dissolves then add oil, onion mix and spices and mustard sauce, then cook for about 15 minutes do not overcook everything must be crunchy

Add the chillies and salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes add more oil if necessary, leave it to cool
