Chop scotch bonnet, onion, tomatoes, ugu pumpkin leaves set aside.

Heat veg oil till hot add chopped onions Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Then add chopped pepper crushed seasoning,salt to taste, curry &tyme
Leave to fry for 5 minutes. - 4
Leave for 3 minutes and while stirring occasionally.

Add chopped pumpkin leaves and stir
Leave to simmer for 3 minutes. - 6
Serve with boiled plantain, boiled yam, sweet potatoes, white rice,irish potatoes

Break the eggs into the pot and stir to incorporate the mixture.
