Spaghetti with Tuna in rich Tomatoes sauce

Most of us has a hectic morning.
Today I've no desire to have a sandwhich, so I decided to make a simple, quick and energetic lunch, use whatever I got in the pantry, so I find Tuna can in Olive oil. This is dish an inspired Italian cooking.

Today I've no desire to have a sandwhich, so I decided to make a simple, quick and energetic lunch, use whatever I got in the pantry, so I find Tuna can in Olive oil. This is dish an inspired Italian cooking.

Open the tuna can, transfer in a small plate, discard the oil. On a wok, put 2 tbs Olive oil, fry the onion until almost brown then add garlic, stir fry for a few seconds then add the Green Capsicum and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Then put the Tomato Soup and let it boil and simmer for a few minutes. Put the salt, black pepper. In a pot boil the water. Put the Spaghetti, salt and 1 tbs oil (so that it'll not sticky during the cooking). Cook al dente then turn off the heat. Drain.

Drain the spaghetti, and put it into the wok, mix with the veges add 2 Tbs butter and mix. Put on top the grated cheese and mix with the big plastic spagetti fork and a big spoon.
Transfer on a big bowl, decorate on top with the Parsley leaf. Serve warm in each plate, put a dullop of whipped cream on top (optional). Extra add more grated Cheddard cheese & 1 tbs grated Parmensan cheese on top. Garnish on top with 1 tbs Chopped Parsley leaves. Buon appetito
