Chineese vegetable manchurian and ponda noodle#challenge

This special item done for my son because, he likes manchurian (cauliflower) with veg noodles this combination always he likes. So I have decide to do these combination for our dinner menu. I have prepared these combo after a very long period. Turned to be very tasty dish. All my family, members liked this dish very much.. And my, container empty with in 25 minutes after two, serving.. I am very happy... #ATW#

First taka a tawa,and fiil with plain water boil it heat up to the level and turned and pour your akka noodle then add some drop of oil and salt and cooked it nicely then excess water remove by using stainer keep it, aside. Then pour some olive oil keep it aside.

Then step three turned your gas burner in high flame your vessel should heavy one so that your akka noodle, will quickly cooked and the consistency and taste will be perfectly o. K.

Pour olive extra virgin oil 3teaspoon first fry your onion, spring onion, green chilli split in to two nos, then add all your vegetables carrot, beans, peas, capsicum one, by, one then after some time add mixed masala powder salt(you can use rock salt or black salt) your wish. Add some tomato sauce also finally add some water then everything cooked mix your prepared akka noodle when everything mixed nicely, then keep it, closed hot container. Then you have, to go for the next step.

Then take cauliflower steamed it nicely I have prepared in micro oven, for 1minute few seconds then immediately I have transfer in to another vessel. Go to the next step.

Then measure your corn flour, pour it in s vessel add pink salt, cooking soda, little bit of rice powder, everything mix well the consistency should not so thick it should be dropping consistency, then heat your refined oil then mix with prepared batter all your small cubes cauliflower one by one take a good fry and should be cooked in to golden colour take it from oil vessel and keep it in a paper napkin keep it aside.Go. Next step.

Next step is your final touch to your international, standard chineese type manchurian in your own style adding your imagination. It will be going to hit your, kitchen favourite recipe.

Because from child to younger generation there is always favourite dish this manchurian only..

Then, take a kadai pour some olive oil fir fry spring onion, and small onion strips, then add little finally chopped garlic, then fry in a good heat flame then immediately add your soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar one by one in high flame in a chineese cooking, the heat should be in high flame and cooked quickly, and tasty side dish. Add Rock salt also then keep the green spring onion separately. Then add your fried cauliflower manchurian then cover it in a lid by adding some water cook.

Next step is finally check everything cooked nicely then finally,transfer in, to your serving vessel and decorate with green spring onion then take chop stick and pour, your prepared vegetable noodle (if you want you can add fried chicken) in to your noodles.
