Today I have made healthy tasty cookies .
Steps

Take a mixing bowl add ghee, jaggery powder and whisk until mix it well.

Then add wheat flour, desiccated coconut, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence, milk powder, mix gently using a spatula then using hand bring the mixture together into a dough form, cover it and keep it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes take small portions of the dough, make small balls and little press to make flate shape cookies, now keep the cookies in a greased plate.

Preheat the vessel with salt for 10 minutes, then place the cookies plate and bake for 12-15 minutes in low flame or until edges starts to brown.

Remove plate from vessel and let rest for 10 minutes, cool completely before serving.
