I dedicate this dhokla receipe to my cousin mother in law. She is expert in preparing dhokla. Whenever I go to her house ..hot dhokla garnished with coconut & coriander is served with lots of love . I learnt this receipe from her only. Thank you "kaku " for this tempting dhokla .

Steps

First grind all above-mentioned ingrediants from housemill. So your dhokla mix flour is ready

Take 1 cup dhokla flour add 3 tsp curd in it. And make thick batter by adding water. Keep aside for 2 hours.

While making dhokla add ginger chilli paste, salt, sugar, turmeric and 2 tsp oil in batter. Mix it well. On one side keep steamer on gas. Grease dhokla plate with oil and keep plate in steamer to become warm.

Lastle add eno in dhokla batter. Put some water on eno to activate and stir it and pour the batter on plate. Cover with lid. Steam dhokla for 10 -15 min. For tampering take oil in kadhai add mustard seeds, hing and turmeric. Spread this tampering on steamed dhokla. And after cool down cut the dhokla in pieces.

Garnish with coconut, shev and coriander.
