This recipe is different from my previous one. This cheesecake has the traditional taste of the ones you buy in bakery's anywhere.

This recipe was made in a 15cm cake pan.

Ingredients

  1. 600 gcream cheese
  2. 3eggs
  3. 180 gsugar
  4. 1 tablespoonvanilla essence
  5. 1 tablespoonflour
  6. 67 gcookie graham
  7. 5 tbspmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Use a triturator to crush the biscuits and add the melted butter (you can melt the butter in the microwave)

    Put the mixture in the bottom of a cake pan and refrigerate for 30 min

  3. 3

    In a mixer beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and flour. Add eggs one at a time on low speed. Pour mixture over crust.

    Bake 170C° for 50 minutes. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

    For the strawberry sauce boil 2 cups strawberry with 35g sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla and squeeze the juice of a lemon. Boil until it's thick and let it cool.
