Manchurian gravy
Steps

Firsty in a large bowl mix all the veggies for making vegetable balls with cornflour and maida.

Deep fry in hot oil. Drain off the balls and keep aside.

Now in a pan heat oil and saute ginger garlic.

Add all veggies and stir fry on high flame.

Add vinegar,soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce,pepper and salt.

Now add cornflour slurry. Mix well forming a lump free slurry.

Continue to ball until the gravy thickens. Then add vegetable balls. Mix well.

Finally, serve veg Manchurian with rice or noodles.
