Actually Bittermeon is good for health. But no one like it because of its test. So we have to try to improve it test by innovative something.Here I first time tried this and it's admire by everyone.

Ingredients

  1. 150 gramBittermeon
  2. 2small Potatoes
  3. 3 tbsp +2 tbspOil in stuffing , one for tadka
  4. 1 tbspCrushed Peanut
  5. 1/2 tbsp Gram flour
  6. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspJaggery
  9. 1 teaspoonChilli powder
  10. as requiredMustard seeds and cumin seeds for tadka
  11. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take heavy bottom cooker. Remove skin of Bittermeon and potato.

    For stuffing take a bowl add crushed peanuts, jaggery, salt, gram flour, turmeric powder,salt, chilli powder,oil.mix Well.

    Make small peace of each Bittermeon. Cut Bittermeon from the middle.Now make cut in the middle of the potato. (Look image)Filled the stuffing in each.

    Now in cooker add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds when it crackel add potato then Bittermeon. Add water,I added 1 glass water.

    Cook it for 4 whistle or 7 minutes in medium flame. Now let it cool down completely. Serve with roti.
