Paneer Tikka Masala

Take all the ingredients of marination in a bowl,give a good mix.Add paneer cubes.Coat the cubes with marinade.Leave for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan,add paneer cubes and fry till golden.Take out paneer tikka and keep aside.

Prepration of gravy:Heat remaining oil in a wok.Add cumin seeds,let them crackle.Add ginger garluc paste.Saute 1 minute.Add onion paste and saute for 3-4minutes till oil seperates.

Add all powdered spices,except garam masala powder.Mix well.If needed add some water and cook 2 minutes.

Add tomato paste,mix.Add salt and 1/2cup watwr.Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add curd.Saute 1 minute.Add paneer tikka,garam masala piwder,kasuri methi and fresh cream.Mix welk.Cover and simmer for few minutes.

Add kasuri methi and chopoed coruander leaves.Put off flame.

Paneer tikka masala is ready to be served.Serve with parathe/rice.
