Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and set aside to dry slightly.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Place the bulgur in a cup and add the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Stir and let it soak for a little while.

Add the soaked bulgur with the lemon juice to the chopped vegetables.

Mix everything well and serve alongside grilled meats, fish, potatoes, or any dish you like. Enjoy!
