Cooking Instructions

Wash and chop raddish and spinach leaves.

Wash and clean dal and add to a pressure cooker. Add chopped tomatoes and leaves. Cook until 2-3 whistles.

In a wok add oil and ghee and add mustard and cumin seeds once it's hot. Let the seeds splutter.

Add Green chillies, curry leaves red chillies and then onion and garlic, in this order. Cook until onions are soft.

Add the masalas and fry for 1 minute

Add to the dal and bring to a boil.
- 7
Serve with steamed rice or chapatis.
