In a bowl mix gram flour, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Add water and adjust the consistency and keep it aside.

Boil potatoes up to 3 whistles and let them cool. Now mash it and add salt, red chili powder, chopped onion, and chaat masala mix well and keep aside.

Wash and clean green chilies. Give a slit in the middle and stuff the potato filling. Dry coat these chilies in gram flour.

Dip the chilies in prepared gram flour slurry and deep fry on medium flame.

Cut the pakodas diagonally & Serve hot pakodas with onion and green chutney. Enjoy these hot pakodas with cozy rainy monsoon weather in the evening with a hot cup of tea/coffee.
