Grate both the cabbage.add 1/2tsp salt mix and keep aside for 5 minutes then squeezeand remove excess water. chopped the capsicum,carrots,ginger and garlic.

In a mixing bowl add sqeezed cabbage,chopped carrot,capsicum,ginger and garlic. Add all spices mention for manchurian balls.add corn flour and maida.add little salt. Mix well

Grease the hand make small balls.heat oil in kadhai and fry these Manchurian balls on medium flame until they turn golden brown.remove from oiland keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai add onion slices and saute until they turn light pink.add ginger garlic and slit green chillies saute few seconds add all chopped vegetables saute one minute on high flame

Add all sauces and vinegar. Add pepper powder and salt.mix well and cook for a minute. Them take corn flour and water.mix them together to make a slurry.add this one with veggies.mix well cook for 2 minutes.

When it started thick add prepared manchurian balls and mix that all balls coasted well with sauce. Now add cooked rice. Mix gently.

Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.switch off the flame.dish out garnish some coriander leaves. Serve and enjoy.
