3/4 Cupurad dal,
1/4 cup moong dal soak in water for 2 hours
1tsp ginger, green chilli paste,
as per taste salt
1/2 cup curd,
4 tsp . sugar
as required Jeera, black pepper powder, red chilli powder
as required Oil to fry

Mixer dal.Add salt ginger chilli paste,

Take water in in big plate.Make vadas in hot oil, Keep in water for 3-4 minutes. Squeeze & keep aside.

Whisk curd. Add sugar. keep in the fridge.

While serving put vade in plate. Top it with jeera, black pepper, chilli powder.
