Quiche Lorraine
I don’t like cheese, so I made a quiche without cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll out the pie crust in a pie dish and prick it with a fork. Sprinkle with pieces of butter. Cook the bacon in a skillet until browned, then drain on a paper towel.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, and milk together. Add the cooked bacon. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. It's ready—enjoy!
