Ingredients

  1. 150 gSweet corn
  2. 2 tbspssalted butter
  3. 3 tbsps Sugar
  4. 4 tbsps Evaporated milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the sweet corn for 15-20 minutes. Unwrap the corn kernels. Using a knife to cut out a row of corn, then use your hands to carve out the corn kernels.

    Scoop out the hot corn, add salted butter, evaporated milk and sugar. Stir to mix well. Ready to serve.
