Ingredients

  • 1 scoopMonster High Fiber Muesli (with or without dried fruits) or similar or make your own
  • 1 TbspSweetened (cooked) Azuki Beans
  • 1 Tbspcooked Boba tapioca pearls (optional but fun to add)
  • 1boiled Saba banana, sliced
  • 1 scoopAnlene Gold 5x or similar fortified low fat powdered milk
  • 1/2 cSkimmed or Low fat Milk
  • 1/2 packetStevia (optional)
