Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupWhole Moong/green gram sprouts
  • 1/2 cupMoth bean/matki sprouts -
  • 1/4 cupDesi Chane/ whole bengal gram sprouts
  • 1small Tomato finely chopped
  • 1Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1Small cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoonFresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  • 1/5 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonChaat masala (optional)
  • 1/5 teaspoonTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly heat a cooker on a medium flame and add sprouted chane, moong and moth beans.

  2. 2

    Add the salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.

  3. 3

    Mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.

  4. 4

    Close the lid of the cooker and bring to a whistle.

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame and release the pressure. Immediately open the lid to retain the colour.

  6. 6

    Take it out in a bowl and mix all chopped vegetables, lemon juice chopped coriander and chaat masala.

  7. 7

    Do the plating and serve to your loved ones.
