Whole Deep-Fried Chicken w/potatoes

Remove any insides of the chicken and either discard or set aside for your liking. Slice the skin of the chicken.

Coat the whole chicken generously with Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper and Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Fill the Chicken's cavity with the sliced Onion and sliced Lemon
- 4
Place Stuffed Chicken into fryer basket
- 5
Around the chicken in the basket, place your sliced or quartered potatoes.

Into a 370°F preheated deep fryer, drop your basket of stuffed chicken and potatoes. Cook for 40min, and check for desired doneness with a meat thermometer. Should be at least 165°F or even better 180°F+ Chicken should appear Golden Brown and some parts crisp.
