Finely chop the tomato, onion, and green chili using a chopper or knife.

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add the cumin powder, mint powder, red chili powder, black salt, and regular salt. Mix well. Add a little water and mix again, then add the chopped onion and tomato. Stir to combine.

Your onion tomato raita is ready. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve. This is a very tasty and healthy side dish.
