Steps
- 1
Pulse coarsely boneless cubed chicken breast in a blender.Marinate chicken mince or keema with vinegar, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste and 1 egg and 2 tsp oil.Refrigerate for an hour.
- 2
Mix all the chopped and grated vegetables, mixed herbs, gramflour, cornflour, black pepper powder, chili flakes, baking powder, chilli sauce, ajinomoto or chicken cube, mayonnaise and grated cheese. Mix all till well blended. If needed add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or maida.
- 3
Heat oil in a wok or pan. Reduce flame to medium and add small bite sized portions of mixed and marinated chicken keema.Fry in medium flame till one side done.Flip and fry the other side till golden brown and crispy. The texture will be crunchy outside, while juicy and succulent inside. So maintaining the right temperature of oil is important. It should be fried on medium to low heat once the oil is heated.Serve hot as a snack,or appetizer or as a side to main course meal with any dips of choice.
