500 gmsChicken, small curry cut pieces with bones-
For Marinate
1/4 tspTurmeric Powder-
2 tspRed Chilli Powder-
1.5 tspCoriander Powder-
1/2 tspCumin Powder-
1/2 tspCrushed Pepper-
1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder-
1 tspSalt-
2 tspGinger Garlic Paste -
1 tbspWhisked Curd/ plain yogurt-
2 tspLemon Juice-
2 tbspTomato Ketchup-
Other Ingredients:
3 tbspCoriander leaves, finely chopped-
3 tbspOil-

Marinate the chicken with items indicated. Set aside for 1 hr.

Heat oil and spread the marinated chicken uniformly on the pan.

Sear on high to medium heat for 5 mins till uniformly browned.

Now reduce the heat to low and cover & cook for around 15 mins till chicken is tender. Remove the lid once halfway & give a stir.

Once the chicken is tender, remove the lid and add the finely chopped coriander.

Give a mix and fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
