Chicken Dum Biryani

Today I have made tasty delicious spicy chicken dum biryani.
Steps

Making Rice -
Now make rice by adding whole garam masala, bay leaves, salt, oil and soaked basmati rice in boiled water and cook till rice is 80%cooked, then strain and spread in a flate dish, keep aside. - 2
Marinate chicken -
Take a bowl add chicken pieces, curd, ginger, garlic, onion paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, oil and mix it all well and marinate for 30 minutes. - 3
Making Chicken -
Heat oil and ghee in a kadai add chopped onion and saute till golden brown then add marinated chicken, salt and mix it well, then cover and cook for some time on low heat, till the chicken pieces is almost cooked and oil leaves in surface and bubbles are seen then switch off the flame. Chicken is ready. - 4
For Assembling Chicken Biryani -
Make two layers of biryani on this, first add chicken pieces layer and little gravy, mint leaves, fried onions then add one layer cooked rice, mint leaves, fried onions. - 5
Then repeat another layer of chicken and last add rice layer, mint leaves, fried onions and finish it with saffron milk.

Now cover and let it dum on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then switch off the flame. Chicken Dum Biryani is ready to serve.
