As you all know that Ramadhan is coming therefore here is a way for preparing and storing delicious Chicken Qeema Samosa for daily frying.
Steps

Wash and clean the chicken pieces.

Take a pan add all ingredients and marinate the chicken for 1/2 hour.

Add water and cook for low heat for 15 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Cook the chicken and water is dried. Let it cool.

Take a chopper add chicken pieces, green chillies and roughly chopped.

My home kitchen fresh spring onions wash and dry. Then nicely chopped.

Add green coriander leaves, green onions in chicken mixture and mix well.

Prepare cornflour slurry. Then filled 1 tbsp of filling in each samosa wrap and bind with cornflour mixture.

Place in a tray freeze over night then save in an ziplock bag store up to 1 month.
