As you all know that Ramadhan is coming therefore here is a way for preparing and storing delicious Cheesy Chicken Spring Roll for daily frying.
Steps

Take a pan add chicken pieces, red chilli flakes, chicken powder, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce,salt to taste

Add lemon juice, black pepper powder,peri peri sauce

Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Add water and cook until the chicken is tender and water is dried.

Meanwhile chopped the vegetables.

Add carrot cabbage, green chilli and cook for 10 minutes.

Then add spring onions and mix well.

Add mozzarella cheese, butter and mix well.

Now take a roll patti, place the chicken filling and fold as shown to make a role.

Fold the roll like this.

Roll the patti and secure it maida slurry to close the ends and make a roll. Prepare the remaining roll similarly.

Now freeze the rolls and they can be stored in a ziplock bag for up to 2 months.
