#HNV , salmon fish has many good properties and it has omega 6 in it which is very good for health . I have tried rava shallow fried salmon .

#HNV , salmon fish has many good properties and it has omega 6 in it which is very good for health . I have tried rava shallow fried salmon .
Steps

First wash salmon fish properly. Now for first marination, take salmon pieces, add salt,turmeric powder and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it for about 20minutes.

Now for second marination in a bowl take onion purée then add ginger green chilli paste, fish curry powder,coriander powder,cumin powder, degi mirch powder, garam masala power and salt.then add rice powder. Mix all ingredients well. Second marination is ready.

Now take salmon pieces and apply prepared marination on every piece of salmon. And keep this aside for about 20 minutes.

Now in a plate take rava, addblack pepper powder. Mix well. Roll marinated salmon pieces into this rava.

Now take a pan, add olive oil. When oil is getting hot, add rava coated salmon pieces one by one and cook from both sides.

Rava salmon fry is ready. Serve with green chutney or any sauce.
