Steps

Put potato, carrot, bell pepper, onion and broccoli stir fry into half cook. Then transfer into the baking pan.

Put eggs, olive oil, milk, peri peri, salt, black pepper, flour and parsley into the mix bowl, whisk to combine. Pour all over the veggies.

Bake 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes. Remove for topping with mozzarella cheese, bake again until cheese melted. Ready to serve
