  • 1 Cupchana dal sosk in water fir 2-3 hours then coarsely grind
  • Handfulchopped coriander,
  • 3-4 chopped green chilies
  • 1Chopped onion,
  • 7-8 finely chopped garlic pods,
  • 5-6Chopped curry leave,
  • as per taste salt & mirchi powder
  • as requiredOil to fry

    Heat oil.Make round vadas with the help of palms & deep fry.
