In mixing bowl, take thin poha. Add coconut, onion, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Keep it for 20 to 30 minutes. Cover lid and keep heavy object on it.

Make tempering. Heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, asaefoitida, peanuts and turmeric powder. Pour on poha. Mix all. Garnish with coriander, onion, tomato, sev and masala boondi.
