Tomato methi rice
Steps

Add oil to pan. Let it hot. Add dry red chilli,bay leaves,cloves, cardamom. Saute for few seconds. Add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, garlic paste. Saute for 1 minute. Add little bit water. Saute until raw smell dissolved.

Add tomato. Saute for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp water and add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder, Fenugreek powder. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add Fenugreek leaves. Sate for 2 minutes. Add leftover rice,salt, black pepper powder and cook for 4 minutes in low flame. Ready to serve.
