Squid in Sauce

Slice the onion into thin strips and add to a skillet with the two bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

When the onion is soft and translucent, add the squid and 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika. Cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tomato sauce and beer. Increase to medium-high heat.

After about 10 minutes, it's ready to enjoy—easy and delicious. You can use beer or white wine; I sometimes use non-alcoholic dark beer.
