Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1n 1/2 tin cup white rice
  2. 2 tbsyeast
  3. 2 tbssugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 2medium size eggs (optional)
  6. 1medium size onion (optional)

Steps

    Soak the white rice for an hour, cooked a handful of the rice and mix with the soaked rice.

  2. 2

    Add the yeast and blend to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Add in the sugar n salt with the slice onion.

  4. 4

    Cover with a kitchen towel and keep in a warm place for 30mins to rise.

  5. 5

    On a low heat set a non-stick pan and add alittle oil.

  6. 6

    Allow to heat n scoop the paste n fry.

  7. 7

    Flip over to fry well. Serve with soup or as a snack

  8. 8

    Whisk the eggs and add to it.
