Ingredients

45 minutes
Serves 6 servings
  1. 3eggs
  2. 3.5 ozsmoked tofu (about 100 grams)
  3. 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)
  4. 3.5 ozshredded Swiss cheese (about 100 grams)
  5. 1 sheetpuff pastry
  6. Herbes de Provence
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Whisk together the eggs, cream, and Swiss cheese.

  2. 2

    Add the smoked tofu, cut into small cubes.

  3. 3

    Season with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture onto the puff pastry. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
