This one is really my leftover recipe. Later on I came to know that this recipe from Andhra Pradesh. I was not adding rava or rice flour before.

This one is really my leftover recipe. Later on I came to know that this recipe from Andhra Pradesh. I was not adding rava or rice flour before.
Steps

Mix all ingredients in idli batter. Keep it for 15 minutes. Add baking soda. Mix it well. Adjust the consistency. It should be like bhajiya batter. Deep fry it.

Try not to eat while making otherwise no one will get.😝

Tip - If it is winter, you might need to add baking soda otherwise if it is summer time, you can skip baking soda.
