Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3 cupleftover idli batter
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 2 tblspnrice flour
  4. 2 tblspn rava
  5. leavesSome finely chopped fresh coriander
  6. leavesSome finely chopped curry
  7. Salt
  8. Oil to fry
  9. 1 pinchbaking soda (optional)

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in idli batter. Keep it for 15 minutes. Add baking soda. Mix it well. Adjust the consistency. It should be like bhajiya batter. Deep fry it.

    Try not to eat while making otherwise no one will get.😝

    Tip - If it is winter, you might need to add baking soda otherwise if it is summer time, you can skip baking soda.
