  9. 1 teaspoonbhuna kuta zeera
  10. 1/4 teaspoonhaldi
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 tablespoonOil
  13. 2,3 tablespoonHara dhanya
  14. 1 tablespoonQasoori methi
  15. 3-4 tablespoonCorn flour (optional)

  17. 3-4 tablespoon baisan (chanay ka aata)
  18. 1 teaspoonoil
  19. Pinchsalt
  20. Pinchhaldi
  21. Pinchmeetha soda
  22. Water as required

    🌸Oil garam kar k us mein Rai Dana, hari mirchen,zeera or curry patta dalen Jab karkrany lgy to sary masaly dalen or mashed kye huey Aloo dal kar achi trha mix krlen. Choly se utar kar thanda karein. Hara dhanya or qasoori meethi mila lein or choty balls bnalen

    Ab balls ko dry corn flour mein hlka sa coat krlen(ye totally optional hy. Ta ky balls oil mein phat na jaen,, mene coat nahi kya tha..)

    🌸Baisan mein sari cheezen daal ke Sab ko mix kar k batter bnalen (bht zyada thick ya bht zyada thin na ho) Ab batter mein dip kar k fry krlen
