Paneer Samosa

Samosa is a type of fried snack which is very much popular in India. It is usually prepared using the potato filling. Samosa can be prepared using different kinds of filling whether it can be vegetarian or non vegetarian.
Paneer samosa is prepared using paneer and mixture of vegetables and spices. It is very easy to prepare. It can be a delicious snack served as a breakfast or evening snack.

In a big bowl add grated paneer, onion, capsicum and corn. Give it a good mix. Now add chilli powder, garam masala and salt to it and mix everything well.

Heat oil in a tadka pan. Add ginger and green chilli paste to it. Saute it for a minute and add it to the paneer mixture. Mix everything well.

Mix water and flour together to make a paste which can be used to stick samosa edges.

Now take one samosa patti and put around 1 tbsp of filling inside and roll it in a way that it takes the shape of a samosa. Apply some flour paste at the edge and stick it. Prepare all the samosa in the same way. Keep it covered all the time otherwise it will get dry. Keep samosa patti also covered all the time otherwise it will get dry and tear while making samosa. After filling all the samosa, you can store it in an air tight container and refrigerate it to use the next day.

Heat oil in a pan and fry samosa on medium to high heat until golden in colour. Repeat to fry the remaining samosas.

Serve hot paneer samosa with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice.
