Lobia ke Kebab can be made as a starter for your vegetarian guests.

Steps

Wash and soak the black-eyed beans in fresh water overnight.

Once the black-eyed beans are soaked well boil the beans in a pressure cooker.

Cook on a high flame until one pressure, turn the heat to low and simmer for about 8-9 minutes.

Turn off the heat, allow the pressure cooker to cool off naturally.

Once cooled, drain off the excess water and grind it coarsely.

In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients mentioned for the kebab. Mix it well and give it a desired shape.

For the dip - in a grinding jar take all the ingredients and blend it well.

Shallow fry the kebabs batch wise and serve it with the dip and with some fresh salad.
